This page explains what the content on Silver Footfalls is, how it is made, and the standards we hold it to.

All content is fiction, generated by AI

Every story on Silver Footfalls is a work of fiction, created with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI text and AI voice generation). Specifically:

  • No real performers. The audio is synthetic. No real person performs, narrates, or is recorded in the content.
  • No real people depicted. Characters, names, voices, and events are invented. Any resemblance to a real person, living or dead, or to real events, is coincidental and unintended.
  • Every character is a fictional adult (18+). All characters portrayed in a sexual context are fictional adults aged 18 or over.

Content standards

Some of our content is sexually explicit, but it stays within the law. We do not create or publish content that:

  • depicts, or appears to depict, any person under 18 in a sexual way — even though our characters are fictional, we exclude minors from all sexual content entirely;
  • portrays non-consensual acts in a way that is unlawful, including under Scots law;
  • would be classified as extreme pornography or otherwise be unlawful to publish or possess in the UK; or
  • is obscene, or otherwise crosses the lines set by the applicable law.

US record-keeping (18 U.S.C. § 2257)

US federal record-keeping law (18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A) applies to producers of visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Our sexually explicit content is audio and text only — there are no visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct, and none of it features any actual human being; it is entirely fictional and AI-generated. Any video content on the Site is non-explicit. On that basis, §§ 2257 and 2257A do not apply to this content, and no performer records are required or held.
