Complaints & Takedown

Last updated: 19 July 2026

We want to hear from you if something is wrong. This page tells you how to make a complaint, report content, or ask us to take something down.

How to reach us

Email us at admin@silverfootfalls.com. Please give us as much detail as you can so we can look into it quickly.

What you can report

  • content you believe is illegal;
  • content that infringes your copyright or other rights;
  • content that appears to reproduce a real person’s likeness or voice;
  • a concern that someone under 18 has accessed adult content on the Site;
  • a problem with a purchase, your account, or our age check; or
  • a privacy concern (see also our Privacy Policy).

What to include

  • a link to, or clear description of, the content or issue;
  • what the problem is and why;
  • if you’re reporting an infringement of your rights, enough detail to identify the right and confirm you hold it (or act for the person who does); and
  • how we can contact you.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and to investigate without undue delay. Where a report is well-founded, we may remove or restrict the content, suspend an account, or take other appropriate action, and we will tell you the outcome. If we need more information, we’ll ask. We take reports of illegal content, of anything involving a minor, and of real-person likeness misuse especially seriously and will prioritise them.

If you’re not satisfied

If we can’t resolve your complaint and it concerns your personal data, you also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection supervisory authority.

Reporting to the authorities

You can always report seriously harmful or illegal material to the police. Suspected child sexual abuse material can be reported to the Internet Watch Foundation (iwf.org.uk). We will co-operate with lawful requests from the authorities.
